I'm not sure if this has any influence on this matter. I have not had any issues saving links through firefox, but I recently uninstalled firefox, switched to chrome, and updated my zotero standalone and connectors. It started working again with an EBSCOhost reference but stopped as soon as I went back to sciencedirect. I would really appreciate any help on this. Ive restarted safari, and zotero standalone, reinstalled the connector 3 or 4 times, updated standalone. I have restarted my computer but the problem persists. check your internet connection (which I assume is not an issue since I'm currently submitting this report, and all webpages have been working). Each browser has its own version of the Zotero connector, so if you use both Chrome and Safari you'll need to install both. Open Chrome or Safari and click the Zotero Connector link for that browser to install it. If I try to submit a debug report, it says unknown error.
